You can pack CBD oil products in either your carry-on bag or checked luggage. Just remember that there are still size restrictions on liquids or gels in your possession.
The TSA limits the size of personal items that can be taken in carry-on luggage to 3.4 oz or 100 ml bottles or smaller. When traveling, you simply need to place your CBD oil products in the same clear plastic zip-lock bag as your other toiletries.
